HANDLING TRADE SHOW POP UP DISPLAYS

If pop up displays are handled carefully, they provide great re-usability and service for considerable amount of time. Following are some tips that you can use to extend the working life of your pop up displays.

  1. Ensure that the printed side is outside while rolling the graphic panel. When the graphic panels are rolled with the printed face inside, the possibility of damage to the laminated layer is more.
  2. Ensure that the rolling is not done very tight. Tightly rolled graphics may damage the lamination leading to permanent delaminating. This will decrease the life of the graphic panel drastically. Ensure to roll the graphic as loosely as possible. If the pop up displays are to be stored for a longer period of time, it is advisable to store them in a flat condition by unrolling them. They should be stored safely in flat condition with printed surface facing upwards. Also, it is advisable to unroll graphics and keep it flattened for some time before displaying it in trade shows or events.
  3. If the pop up display panels are covered with fabric, store them along with inside walls of the shipping case. And then store graphics with printed face upwards within it one by one.
  4. Exposure of the graphics to the extreme environments such as heat or moisture results in blurring and fading of the graphics. Ensure that there is no moisture on the graphics before rolling them. Keep the shipping cases on rolled graphics and fabric panels in shade and in a dry place. While storing pop up displays, always follow the standard instructions that come along with its package.

It is advisable to educate the staff who will be handling the trade show pop up displays about taking proper care of it as per above tips. This will definitely boost the working life of your prop up display.
